The painter you actually talk to
Peter Painter is a small painting outfit working out of North Port. The person who quotes your job is the person who paints it — and that is the whole point.

Twenty years of walls
Piter has been painting in the United States for more than twenty years. Not all of that was in Florida — and the move here meant learning a different set of problems: stucco instead of siding, sun that takes the color out of a south wall, humidity that decides when you can and cannot put a coat on.
Peter Painter trades as West Coast Prep & Paint LLC and works across Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties. Interior, exterior, cabinets, stucco repair, pressure washing — the full job rather than the easy part of it.

Four things we do not bend on
A fixed price, in writing
No hourly rates and no creeping extras. If something unexpected turns up, we stop and show you before it costs anything.
Preparation before paint
Washing, patching, caulking and priming are in the quote, not an upsell once the scaffold is up.
A schedule that holds
You get real dates. If weather moves an exterior, you hear it from us the same day rather than wondering.
Finished means finished
We walk the job with you at the end. Anything you are not happy with gets put right before we invoice.
What we use
We work with Sherwin-Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore and Florida Paints. Which product ends up on your house depends on the surface and how exposed it is — an interior ceiling, a salt-facing stucco wall and a kitchen cabinet door are three different problems, and the same can of paint is the right answer to none of them.
The specification goes in your quote in writing, so you know what is going on your walls before it does.
Small outfit, on purpose
We stay small enough that the person who looked at your house is the person doing the work. That limits how many jobs run at once, and it is why the exterior season books up early — if you want a house painted before winter, ask sooner rather than later.
